Welcome to ALE SU ART! By accessing or using our website, products, and services (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully; if you do not agree, do not use this Platform. This content is registered in Mexico and is legally protected in that territory.


These Terms describe the rules applicable to the use of a website, digital experience, social media platform, mobile application, wearable technology, or any of our other products or services, all of which are part of the Platform.


Our Terms may change. We may update these Terms when we see fit. If any changes are made, we will post a notice on the Platform. You will need to carefully review any changes, and you will be given the opportunity to expressly accept or decline the changes when they occur. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the option to stop using the Platform.
• Terms of Sale: Before making any purchases with us, you must also accept the applicable Terms of Sale for your country or region.
• Privacy Policy: Our Privacy Policy outlines the collection and use of personal information on the Platform and applies to your use of the Platform. The user expressly, informedly, voluntarily, and unequivocally consents to the processing of their personal data by ALE SU ART in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. BASIC RULES
• Requirements: In order to use the Platform, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old, not judicially declared as incapable, or restricted in your ability to contract or dispose of your assets, or have the consent of your parents, guardian, or legal representative. While it is the user’s responsibility to meet this requirement, ALE SU ART may request documentation to verify these conditions. The purpose of such a request will always be related to the protection of the user base.
Authorized Use: You agree to use the site exclusively for lawful purposes and in accordance with Mexican law and applicable U.S. laws. The following is strictly prohibited:
1. Attempting unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, ALE SU ART systems, or databases.
2. Using the site’s content for fraudulent, illegal activities, or those that could damage the reputation of ALE SU ART.
3. Copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or transmitting any content without the prior written authorization of ALE SU ART.
• Personal Purpose: The services and content offered on the website are intended solely for the personal use of the Customer. Commercial use is prohibited without a specific contractual agreement with ALE SU ART.
Accuracy of Information: You guarantee that all information provided when registering or making transactions on the site is accurate, up-to-date, and complete. ALE SU ART reserves the right to cancel any order or restrict access to the site if false, inaccurate, or incomplete information is detected.
Usage Limitation: ALE SU ART reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or cancel access to the site, partially or entirely, without prior notice, if it deems that there has been improper use of the site or violation of these terms.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
• Copyright: All content on this Platform, including images, photographs, logos, designs, texts, and other materials (hereinafter referred to as “Content”), is the exclusive property of ALE SU ART or its licensors and is protected by the Federal Copyright Law in Mexico and other international intellectual property laws.
• Limited License: By purchasing products or services, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use of the Content. This license is strictly for use within the limits established in these Terms and does not grant you any rights over the Content. You do not acquire any license or ownership rights to trademarks, trade names, logos, images, software, texts, or other intellectual property content simply by using this Platform.
• Prohibited Uses: You agree not to use, copy, edit, translate, distribute, download, transmit, sell, create derivative works, or exploit the Content in any way without the prior written consent of ALE SU ART. Any unauthorized use of this content may constitute a violation of copyright, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
• Responsibility for Misuse: The user will be solely responsible for any unauthorized or improper use of the Content. In the event of an infringement, ALE SU ART reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, which may include canceling access to the Platform, removing content, and seeking compensation for damages arising from the infringement.
• User-Generated Content: If the user generates content (e.g., comments, reviews, or photographs), the user grants ALE SU ART a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, and display such content on the Platform and in its marketing campaigns, without any compensation to the user.


3. RETAINER AND PAYMENTS

• Initial Payment (Retainer):
To confirm the reservation of ALE SU ART’s services, the Client must make a non-refundable payment equal to 50% of the total contract amount. This retainer guarantees the date and time selected by the Client and is considered compensation for the dedication of resources and the exclusivity of the reserved date.
• Payment Methods:
1. The retainer payment can be made via bank transfer or through the Stripe payment gateway.
2. Stripe guarantees security and protection in electronic transactions through advanced encryption protocols and compliance with the PCI-DSS standard (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
3. The Client will be responsible for any additional charges applied by the financial institution or payment platform. For more information about Stripe, you can review their Terms and Conditions at Stripe Terms.
• Remaining Balance:
1. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 20 days before the scheduled session date.
2. Failure to meet this deadline will be considered a cancellation by the Client, and the cancellation policies specified in this contract will apply.
• Payment Authorization and Recurring Charges:
1. By accepting this contract and making the initial payment or any subsequent payment via Stripe, the Client authorizes ALE SU ART to charge the agreed amount to their credit or debit card, or any other payment method enabled on the platform.
2. In the case of partial or installment payments being agreed upon, the Client authorizes ALE SU ART to schedule automatic charges according to the payment schedule established in this contract.
• Waiver of Disputes:
By proceeding with the retainer payment and any additional amounts, the Client expressly waives any right to initiate chargebacks, claims, or disputes related to the payments made.
• Client’s Responsibility:
1. The Client is responsible for ensuring that the payment information provided is correct and up-to-date.
2. Any issues arising from incorrect information or insufficient funds will be the Client’s sole responsibility.
3. If a charge is declined or cannot be processed, the Client must settle the payment within a maximum of 3 business days to avoid service suspension.
• Automatic Notifications:
The Client will receive automatic email notifications through Stripe confirming the payments made, as well as reminders for pending payments. It is the Client’s responsibility to review and retain these emails as proof of payment.
• Security Policy:
ALE SU ART does not store sensitive information related to credit cards, as all payment processing is handled directly through the secure servers of Stripe. Stripe Payment Terms
• Jurisdiction and Compliance:
Stripe operates in compliance with applicable financial laws in Mexico and the United States, ensuring that all transactions are conducted in accordance with local and international regulations.

4. CANCELLATION
• Cancellation by the Client:
If the Client decides to cancel before or on the same day of the session, ALE SU ART will retain the retainer amount and any payments made up to that date due to the non-refundable nature of the retainer and the previously agreed-upon terms.
If the cancellation occurs within 20 days prior to the session or after the session, the Client will be required to pay the full contract amount, as ALE SU ART has reserved the date and cannot reassign resources to other projects.
Under no circumstances will refunds be given for cancellations made within this period or after the session date.
• Client’s Acceptance:
The Client acknowledges and agrees that the cancellation policy has been clearly explained and understood at the time of signing the contract. Furthermore, by proceeding with the payment of the retainer or any subsequent payment, the Client fully accepts the terms and conditions outlined here, including the cancellation terms.
• Force Majeure:
In exceptional cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, medical emergencies, pandemics, or government restrictions that prevent the session from taking place on the scheduled date, ALE SU ART will cooperate with the Client to reschedule the session without additional penalties. However, if the Client chooses to cancel instead of rescheduling, the same non-refundable conditions outlined in this clause will apply.
• Waiver of Disputes:
By accepting these terms, the Client expressly waives any right to initiate payment disputes, chargebacks, or claims related to this cancellation policy through any means, including banking institutions, payment gateways, or legal procedures. This waiver will be valid for both payments made and any pending payments.
Furthermore, the Client agrees that in the event of a legal proceeding or lawsuit related to this contract, such proceedings will take place exclusively in the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply.
If the Client breaches this waiver and a dispute is initiated, whether in courts or through other means, the Client agrees to reimburse ALE SU ART for all legal costs, court fees, and professional fees related to such proceedings, regardless of the outcome.

5. RESCHEDULING
• Request for Rescheduling:
If the Client requests to reschedule the session with at least 10 days’ notice prior to the original date, the retainer may be applied to the new date at the sole discretion of ALE SU ART. The rescheduling request will be subject to availability on ALE SU ART’s calendar and confirmation of the new date. If the Client cannot attend the newly assigned date, the retainer will be considered non-refundable and will not be applied to future rescheduling.
• Weather Conditions and Force Majeure:
In the event of extreme weather conditions or force majeure events (such as natural disasters, medical emergencies, pandemics, or government restrictions), the session may be rescheduled at no additional cost to the Client. ALE SU ART will coordinate a new session date based on the availability and convenience of both parties.
In these cases, the Client will not be held responsible for failing to meet the original date, and the retainer will remain valid for the new rescheduled date.
• Rescheduling by ALE SU ART:
If ALE SU ART is forced to reschedule the session due to internal circumstances, such as staff illness or unforeseen situations, every effort will be made to coordinate a new date that is convenient for the Client, with no penalties applied. The Client may accept the newly proposed date or, if it is not feasible, may opt for cancellation according to the policies of this contract, with no additional payment obligation beyond what has already been paid.

6. MATERIALS AND COPYRIGHT
• Delivery of Images and Videos:
Images and videos will be delivered according to the following timelines and formats:
• Images: Delivered within 3 weeks after the session in high-resolution .jpg format via an online gallery. RAW images will not be delivered under any circumstances.
• Videos: Delivered in .mp4 format in 4K resolution, either in horizontal or vertical orientation, depending on the Client’s selection. RAW video files will not be delivered under any circumstances.
• Exclusive Ownership:
All materials produced, including but not limited to negatives, transparencies, proofs, and previews, are the exclusive property of ALE SU ART. The Client acknowledges that they have no right to request copies of these materials or make any modifications to them.
• Protection of Textile Designs and Accessories:
The dresses, headpieces, and accessories used during the sessions are protected under copyright law. Reproduction, printing, copying, modification, distribution, or any other use of these items without prior written authorization from ALE SU ART is strictly prohibited. This protection applies to all original designs of the dresses and accessories, regardless of whether the items are provided by the Client or ALE SU ART.
• Makeup Used:
The makeup used during the session is professional-grade, ensuring quality and durability under extreme conditions. However, the products and techniques used during the session remain the property of ALE SU ART, and reproduction or derivative use without authorization is prohibited.
• Authorization for Use of Materials:
The Client grants ALE SU ART a license to use the images, videos, and other materials generated during the session for its own promotion, advertising, social media, portfolios, and other commercial purposes, always within the framework of applicable copyright laws. However, the Client may request the exclusion or restriction of these uses by submitting a written request, which will be evaluated by ALE SU ART.

7. LIMIT OF LIABILITY
• Inability to Perform the Session:
In the unlikely event that ALE SU ART or any of its representatives faces an injury, serious illness, or an extreme emergency preventing the session from taking place, ALE SU ART will make every effort to reschedule the experience to a mutually convenient date. If, for any reason, rescheduling is not possible, ALE SU ART’s liability will be strictly limited to the refund of payments received for the purchased package, without assuming any additional responsibility, including damages or losses resulting from the cancellation.
• Loss or Damage of Materials:
ALE SU ART takes the utmost care in handling photographs, videos, and other materials produced during the session. However, we do not assume responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of such materials due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
• Technical failures or system errors,
• Location restrictions,
• Acts of force majeure (such as natural disasters, disturbances, etc.),
• Or any other situation beyond ALE SU ART’s responsibility.
ALE SU ART is committed to minimizing any incidents, but under no circumstances will we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from situations beyond our reasonable control.

8. NATURAL CONDITIONS AND RISKS
• Safety Requirements:
The Client agrees to follow all safety instructions and measures provided by ALE SU ART and its representatives during the session. This includes, but is not limited to, instructions regarding the handling of equipment, locations, and other aspects that may involve risks during the session. ALE SU ART will not be responsible for incidents arising from the Client’s failure to comply with these instructions.
• Exclusion of Liability:
ALE SU ART assumes no responsibility for accidents, damages, loss of personal belongings, or unforeseen external conditions that may occur during the session, including but not limited to:
• Adverse weather conditions,
• Accidents related to the locations,
• Personal or material damages not attributable to the negligence of ALE SU ART or its representatives,
• Or any other circumstances outside of ALE SU ART’s control.
The Client is responsible for their personal belongings and any equipment they choose to bring to the session. ALE SU ART will not be liable for the loss or damage of these items.

9. ARCHIVE
• Deletion of Materials:
After 6 months from the date of delivery of images and videos, ALE SU ART will proceed to delete such materials from its systems, unless they have been used for promotional purposes. Images and videos that are used in ALE SU ART’s promotional materials, such as social media posts, websites, or advertising material, will be kept indefinitely.
ALE SU ART is not responsible for the unavailability or lack of access to the materials after their deletion, once the 6-month period has passed.

10. PHYSICAL RESPONSIBILITY
• Responsibility of the Client and Accompanying Persons:
The Client is fully responsible for their own safety and that of any accompanying persons (including children, pets, or guests) throughout the entire photography or video session, especially in natural locations such as cenotes, the sea, or other outdoor areas. ALE SU ART and its representatives will not assume any responsibility for injuries, accidents, illnesses, damages, or losses that may occur before, during, or after the session. The Client agrees to follow all safety instructions provided by ALE SU ART and to ensure that their accompanying persons follow them as well.
• Confidentiality:
ALE SU ART is committed to treating all personal and sensitive information provided by the Client with the utmost confidentiality and will not disclose it to third parties without the Client’s prior written consent, unless required by law.


11. EDITING PROCESS AND LIMITATIONS
• Editing:
The editing process includes color adjustments, contrast, and tonal correction to ensure that the images and videos reflect the best possible quality. However, no significant modifications will be made to the body of individuals, the background of the images, or the scene in general.
The Client acknowledges that editing is limited to these aesthetic adjustments and that any additional modification request involving substantial alterations must be agreed upon by both parties and will be subject to an additional cost.
• Regulatory Compliance:
The Client and ALE SU ART agree to comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations concerning the provision of services and the use of the content provided under this contract, including but not limited to the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties in Mexico and intellectual property laws.

12. MODEL RELEASE AUTHORIZATION
• Assignment of Rights:
The Client, in their capacity as the model, grants ALE SU ART the irrevocable, exclusive, royalty-free, and unlimited right, both in time and territory, to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the images and videos produced during the session, in any medium and for promotional, commercial, advertising, educational, or any other purposes related to ALE SU ART’s activities.
The Client understands and agrees that such images and videos may be used on online platforms, social media, websites, printed materials, and others, without the need for any additional compensation.

13. DATA PROTECTION
• Processing of Personal Data:
In compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) in Mexico, ALE SU ART is committed to protecting and safeguarding the privacy of the personal data provided by the Client. Personal data will be collected solely for the purpose of contracting services and the proper execution of the photographic and/or video session.
• Purpose of Processing:
The data will be used for administrative, operational, commercial, and marketing purposes related to ALE SU ART’s services, as well as to maintain contact with the Client and provide information about new products, promotions, or relevant updates.
• ARCO Rights:
The Client has the right to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose the processing of their personal data (ARCO rights). To exercise any of these rights, the Client must send a written request to catrinas@alesuart.com, indicating their full name, contact information, and the specific request, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
• Security:
ALE SU ART implements adequate security measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition)
1. Exercise of ARCO Rights:
In compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, the Client has the right to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose the processing of their personal data at any time. These rights are as follows:
• Access: The right to know which of your personal data are being processed, the purpose of the processing, and the conditions of use.
• Rectification: The right to request the correction of your personal data when they are inaccurate or incomplete.
• Cancellation: The right to request the deletion of your personal data when you consider that they are no longer required for the purposes for which they were collected.
• Opposition: The right to oppose the processing of your personal data for legitimate and particular reasons.
2. Procedure for Exercising ARCO Rights:
To exercise any of the ARCO rights, the Client must send a written request to the email address [contact email] or any other communication method provided by ALE SU ART, including the following information:
• Full name of the Client.
• Document proving the identity or, if applicable, the legal representation.
• A clear and precise description of the personal data about which the Client wishes to exercise any of the ARCO rights.
• Specific request (access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition) and, if applicable, the correction or modification of the data.
3. Response to the Request:
ALE SU ART is committed to responding to requests within a maximum of 20 business days from receipt of the request. If applicable, the response will be made effective within a maximum of 15 additional days. Responses will be sent to the email address provided by the Client in the request or another agreed communication method.
4. Exceptions to the Exercise of ARCO Rights:
It is important to note that in some cases, full compliance with the ARCO request may not be possible. For example, if the requested information is necessary to comply with legal, contractual, or fiscal obligations, or if exercising the rights conflicts with applicable legal provisions.
5. Revocation of Consent:
The Client also has the right to revoke their consent for the processing of their personal data at any time, without affecting the legality of the processing based on the consent prior to the revocation.
6. Transfers of Personal Data:
ALE SU ART may transfer the Client’s personal data to third parties only when necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the data were collected and in cases permitted by law. These transfers will be communicated to the Client as stipulated in the Privacy Notice.
7. Modifications to the Privacy Notice:
ALE SU ART reserves the right to modify this Privacy Notice at any time, in accordance with legal updates, changes to the services offered, or adjustments in internal procedures. Any modifications will be published on the ALE SU ART website and will be notified to the Client through the appropriate communication method.

14. INDEMNIFICATION
• Obligation to Indemnify:
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ALE SU ART, its affiliates, employees, representatives, and contractors (hereinafter referred to as the “Indemnified Parties”) from any claim, demand, loss, damage, liability, cost, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:
1. The improper use by the Client of the services, images, videos, or any content provided by ALE SU ART.
2. Violation of the terms set forth in this contract.
3. The unauthorized publication, distribution, or use of images, videos, or any other copyrighted material.
4. Any negligent, reckless, or illegal act committed by the Client or their companions during the session.
• Scope of Responsibility:
The Client’s indemnity obligation extends to all the Indemnified Parties and covers any claims made by third parties due to:
1. Unauthorized commercial use of images or videos provided by ALE SU ART.
2. Failure to obtain authorization for the use of images featuring additional persons appearing in the delivered material.
3. Unauthorized distribution of images or videos that infringe upon the rights of third parties.
• Waiver of Claims Against ALE SU ART:
The Client expressly waives any right to claim damages or initiate legal proceedings against ALE SU ART related to the proper use of images, videos, or content provided under this contract. This waiver includes, but is not limited to, the promotional use authorized by ALE SU ART in accordance with the clauses of this contract.
• Intellectual Property Acknowledgment:
The Client acknowledges that all intellectual property rights over the images and videos created by ALE SU ART exclusively belong to ALE SU ART, and any misuse will be considered a violation of these rights, subject to legal actions as applicable.
• Defense Costs:
In the event that ALE SU ART is required to participate in any legal proceedings as a result of the Client’s actions or omissions, the Client will be responsible for covering all defense costs, including reasonable legal fees, administrative costs, and any additional expenses incurred.
• Use of Third Parties:
ALE SU ART may hire third parties to perform certain aspects of the contracted services, including, but not limited to, technical assistance, editing, or transportation. However, ALE SU ART will remain responsible for the quality of the services provided and will ensure that any third parties involved comply with the same confidentiality and quality obligations.
• Force Majeure:
Neither party will be held liable for failing to meet their obligations under this contract if such failure is caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor conflicts, accidents, fires, wars, civil disturbances, legal restrictions, or any other event affecting their ability to fulfill the established terms.
• Update of Terms:
ALE SU ART reserves the right to modify, update, or supplement the terms and conditions of this contract at any time. In the event of substantial changes, ALE SU ART will notify the Client in writing with a reasonable period of notice, and the Client will have the option to accept or reject the new terms before continuing with the services.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
• Agreement for Amicable Resolution:
In case of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from this contract, the parties agree to attempt to resolve it amicably through direct negotiations conducted in good faith, within a maximum of 15 business days from the notification of the dispute.
• Mandatory Mediation:
If the parties fail to reach an agreement within the established time frame, they agree to submit the dispute to a mediation process with a neutral certified mediator. The costs of the mediation process will be equally shared between the parties.
• Binding Arbitration:
If mediation does not resolve the conflict, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Mexican Arbitration Center (CAM) or another mutually agreed-upon arbitration institution.
1. The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator, appointed in accordance with the rules of the selected institution.
2. The arbitration will take place in Spanish, in Mexico City, unless both parties agree on a different language or location.
3. The arbitrator’s decision will be final, binding, and enforceable in any competent jurisdiction.
• Waiver of Judicial Proceedings:
The Client and ALE SU ART expressly waive their right to take any dispute to judicial courts, except to enforce the arbitration award or in case one of the parties fails to comply with the terms of this contract.
• No Suspension of Obligations:
During the resolution of any dispute, the parties agree to continue fulfilling the obligations arising from the contract, except those directly related to the dispute.
• Time Limit for Claims:
Any claim arising from this contract must be filed within a maximum of 6 months from the date of the event that gave rise to the dispute. Claims filed after this period will be considered invalid.
• Exclusion of Chargebacks:
The Client expressly waives the right to file chargebacks or payment disputes through banking institutions or payment platforms related to any dispute that should be resolved in accordance with this clause.

16. PROHIBITION OF PROMOTIONAL USE BY THE CLIENT
• Restriction on Download and Commercial Use:
The Client acknowledges and agrees that the photographs and videos provided by ALE SU ART are for personal use only and not for commercial purposes. It is strictly prohibited to:
1. Download, copy, reproduce, or redistribute the images or videos for promotional, advertising, commercial, or profit-making purposes without prior written authorization from ALE SU ART.
2. Publish the images or videos on any digital or physical media, including social media, websites, printed publications, or third-party platforms, to promote personal or third-party services, products, or businesses.
• Prohibition of Redistribution and Modification:
The Client shall not:
1. Sub-license, sell, or use the images and videos as a basis for creating derivative works that promote commercial services or products.
2. Alter, modify, or edit the images and videos, including removing watermarks, logos, or any other identifying elements of ALE SU ART, without express authorization.
• Exclusion of Use on Digital Platforms:
The use of photographs and videos on sales platforms, image licensing sites, creation of NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens), or any activity involving the direct or indirect commercialization of the content is strictly prohibited.
• Requirements for Sharing on Social Media:
If the Client decides to share the images or videos on social media or personal websites, they must:
1. Include a direct link to ALE SU ART’s official website or social media pages.
2. Properly credit ALE SU ART as the creator of the content.
• Penalties for Non-Compliance:
Any violation of this clause will be considered a serious infringement of ALE SU ART’s copyright and will result in:
1. Immediate revocation of the Client’s rights to use the images and videos.
2. The imposition of legal and financial penalties as per the applicable laws in Mexico and the United States.
• Notification of Unauthorized Use:
If ALE SU ART detects unauthorized use of the images or videos, it will notify the Client in writing. The Client will have a maximum of 5 business days to remove the content and provide evidence of compliance. Failure to comply within this time frame will lead to legal action.


17. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Implicit Acceptance by Reservation:
By making a reservation through ALE SU ART’s platform, the Client declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. The act of reserving and making any payment on the platform constitutes a binding agreement between the Client and ALE SU ART.
• Confirmation of Reading:
The Client agrees that it is their responsibility to carefully read the terms and conditions before making a reservation. Failure to read or understand these terms does not exempt the Client from the obligations and responsibilities arising from this agreement.
• Waiver of Claims for Ignorance:
By accepting these terms at the time of reservation, the Client expressly waives any claims based on a lack of knowledge of the clauses or policies established in this agreement.
• Confirmation Method:
The Client acknowledges and agrees that by making any payment on ALE SU ART’s platform, they implicitly confirm their consent and agreement with the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. This action will hold the same legal validity as a handwritten signature, establishing a binding agreement between the Client and ALE SU ART.
• Proof of Acceptance:
ALE SU ART reserves the right to maintain an electronic record of the Client’s acceptance of the terms as evidence in case of any future dispute or claim.

18. MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS


ALE SU ART reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time. Any modification will be published on the official ALE SU ART website and will be notified to the Client through available means, including email or notification via the booking platform.


The modified version of the terms and conditions will become effective from the date of its publication and will replace any previous versions. By continuing to use ALE SU ART’s services after the modification date, the Client automatically accepts the new terms and conditions.

At ALE SU ART, we work hard to create images and videos that reflect your essence while maintaining our artistic vision and creativity. We kindly ask that if you choose to share any of the images or videos produced by us, you include a link to our website, Facebook, or Instagram, and give us the proper credit.


We hope you value and respect not only the effort and dedication we put into each session but also the time, money, equipment, accessories, and professional training we have invested to provide you with exceptional results.


Please do not misuse our images or appropriate them without authorization.
