Suggested itinerary

This is a suggested flow of how the Day of the Dead in Oaxaca – Makeup & Photoshoot Experience unfolds. Timing may vary slightly depending on the date and overall schedule.

1. Arrival & welcome

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive the address and schedule for your session in Oaxaca. On the day of your appointment, you’ll be welcomed by our team and given a brief overview of the experience.

2. Traditional Catrina makeup

Your artist will create a classic, face-only Catrina look inspired by the colors and style of your outfit. The focus is on honoring tradition while ensuring you look and feel amazing on camera and in person.

3. Photoshoot session (1 hour)

A fully directed 1-hour professional photoshoot in carefully chosen locations. We will guide you through poses and simple movements to capture powerful, symbolic images that reflect the atmosphere of Día de Muertos in Oaxaca.

4. Delivery of photos

You will receive 10 high-resolution edited photos, ready for printing, framing, or sharing online. Delivery times and technical details are governed by our official Terms and Conditions.

Payments & cancellation policy

Reservation Instructions

Initial Payment (Retainer):
To confirm a reservation, the Client must make a non-refundable payment of 50% of the total contract amount. This payment secures the selected date and time and compensates for resource allocation and the exclusivity of the reserved date.

The address where the makeup session will take place, along with the schedule, will be sent via email within 24 hours after your reservation is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy:

The retainer is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or failure to pay the remaining balance on time (if applicable under your final agreement and Terms and Conditions).

The cost is per person. We strongly encourage you to carefully review our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
